Job Description
- Develop quality dashboards and story boards using Tableau in multiple platforms (Windows and Android, iOS mobiles).
- Develop data pipelines to extract data from data sources (basically from operational database), cleanse, and transform these data to populate staging and data warehouse databases.
- Develop timely data dictionary documentations about developed ECTL scripts (or applications).
- Develop test scripts to validate the correctness of the developed ECTL scripts.
- Maintain data warehouse and data marts.
- Reports directly to BI department manager.
- Supervise the subordinate data engineer.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in the field of information and business intelligence systems.
- (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent filed from a recognized national .
- Solid understanding of BI design aspects (e.g. star schema, data extraction, cleansing, transformation and loading - ECTL).
- Excellent experience in relational database management systems (RDBMS). Experience in MS SQL database is a plus.
- Good practical development experience in data extraction applications and scripts using SQL language.
- Experience with common data science toolkits (e.g. Python, R…etc.) is a plus.
- Good supervision and communication skills.
