Job Description

  • Design a Clients retention plan 
  •  Create Clients care programs
  • Find and implement new opportunities to support, and ultimately retain our customers.
  • Processes order, prepares correspondence and fulfills needs of existing customers that are at risk of canceling orders
  • Offers discounts or special deals as needed and within pre-established limits.
  • Craft strategies to better nurture our customers.
  • Analyze and determine what behaviors and patterns make customers successful
  • Maximize these successful approaches and run tests to improve them

Job Requirements

  • Retention background or experience is a must.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience.
  • Candidate should have the following skills.
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Conflict resolution
    • Empathy
    • Ability to solve problems
    • Ability to handle rejection
  • Ability to meet retention goals
