- Design a Clients retention plan
- Create Clients care programs
- Find and implement new opportunities to support, and ultimately retain our customers.
- Processes order, prepares correspondence and fulfills needs of existing customers that are at risk of canceling orders
- Offers discounts or special deals as needed and within pre-established limits.
- Craft strategies to better nurture our customers.
- Analyze and determine what behaviors and patterns make customers successful
- Maximize these successful approaches and run tests to improve them
Job Requirements
- Retention background or experience is a must.
- Previous customer service or call center experience.
- Candidate should have the following skills.
