Job Description
- Process Orders of particular brands: Communicate orders with suppliers, complete all needed actions on system, review and confirm all necessary documentation from suppliers.
- Follow-up on shipping patterns compliance and clearance.
- Communicate priorities received from sales teams with logistics, internal logistics and finance to make sure goods received into WH timely.
- Following stock management closely to ensure carrying healthy stock level.
- Assisting managing director with requested tasks or assignments as per business needs.
- Using system facilities and resources in preparing reports.
- To follow up closely with IT Dep. to ensure effective monitoring of our requests.
Job Requirements
Core skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel) is a must.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Very Good command of English.
- 1-3 Years of professional planning experience.
Advanced skills:
- Preferably have previous knowledge of ERP systems.
