Finance Manager

• The candidate will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. 
• This will include direct responsibility for finance, forecasting, and financial strategic planning.

Main Job Duties:

• Responsible for all aspects of finance functions by providing timely and accurate financial models, analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts
• Manage processes for monitoring cash flow, financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation, as well as reporting to Finance Director/executive team
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, the introduction of new strategies, financial needs and regulatory action
• Study new investment opportunities and investigate fundraising activities
• Advise executive team on the financial implications of business activities
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
• Liaise with external & internal mandates
• Build relationships with banks and evaluate different funding sources
• Perform investment analysis & set key performance indicators and presenting financial reports to the executive team
