Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepare all the requested documents by the owner for any projects ( such as design drawings , presentations ,
- Statistics, 3Ds ,...etc. )
- Prepare and review B.O.Q for mainly architectural items.
- Revise all consultants’ drawings in all phases until the submission of construction documents.
- Prepare all contract attachments drawings such as layout plan, unit footprint and plans.
- Prepare all data needed such as areas, regulations, boundary …etc for building’s units.
- Participate in choosing the finishing materials for different projects / building units.
- Discuss with clients their needs in modifications and provide them with proposals within the regulations and
- Specifications, to reach the best solution that satisfies the client.
- Attend progress meeting with consultants, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflicts between Arch. , Struc, elec. …etc.
- Perform weekly site visits to follow up on modification requests, client defaults and any other requirements.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- (Three- Five) years of proven architectural experience with a strong portfolio of art work
- Familiar with Revit Architecture.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- High teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to details with a keen eye for aesthetics is essential
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office is must.
- Professional with 3Ds Max, Auto Cad, Photoshop.
