- Create Manual Training Material for the merchandising , Uniforms , how to use the machines
- Training session
- Create videos to implement the app for the new users
- Evaluate the trainees
- Training for the App
- Follow up with the clients about the app use
- Apply and train the clients on the standards and procedures ( boards , lighting check list , problems )
- Train the Trainer
