Job Description
- Provide first-level support to users service requests.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
- Maintain problem documentations and their resolution procedures for reference procedures.
- Establishes and revises database by conferring with analysts and programmers to code and retrieve data.
- Maintain daily performance of operating system.
- Identify and follow-up system messages and work to solve them.
- Assist in development and enhancement of IT systems.
- Create and monitor new Job Schedule Entries
- Implement and Maintains software issues.
- Responsible the system backup schedule.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications : BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent .
- Experience : 2-4 years with Hardware and software experience .
- Very Good English
