Business Operation Associate (Project Manager)

Content Management:

• Carry out market analysis and assessment of content usage (internal & external) with a focus on future and value creation
• Drive and execute key functionalities through cross functional teams (Such as Product team / Business Team…)
• CLM script verification & Communication
• Reconciliation with CP’s and Operator

Analytical Skills: 

• Research and prepare statistical reports using data from consumer database. Consolidate information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in business management
• Monitors program / initiatives progress by tracking KPI; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Provides references to users by writing and maintaining user Reports/ MIS.
• Maintains Business Team confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• CP data validation
• Discuss daily reports with client and define actionable

Business management: 

• Responsible for CRBT Content partnership & partner management
• Implement marketing program/campaign drives to enhance service penetration & Increase revenues
• Monitor performance of existing CRBT business on daily basis, identify areas of improvement and implement. Scale New content & features, and propose to launch
• Track competitor activities in various domains and flash reports and dashboards
• Study market requirements on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for incremental revenues
