Job Description
- Participate in the development of coordination plans with the production department.
- Participation in determining the estimated budget for maintenance work.
- Monitor and ensure occupational safety and health.
- Introducing the maintenance supervisor and the production supervisor to the maintenance job schedules, their steps, and the distribution of work tasks to maintenance.
- Supervising the implementation of maintenance plans by supervisors.
- Follow up the stock of maintenance supplies, including spare parts, and issue purchase orders when necessary.
- Consult with merchandise contained in specifications and derivatives.
- Participation in the selection of supervisors and technicians, and the follow-up and follow-up of literary works.
- Implement continuous improvement activities to achieve the best production costs and improve quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of (Mechanical/Electrical) engineering.
- Awareness of preventive maintenance routines.
- 1-3 years of experience in marine equipment maintenance.
- Good knowledge of equipment spare parts and preventive/corrective maintenance planning.
- Good Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D is a must.
- Willing to work on rotational shift basis on-board projects locations local and overseas.
