Job Description
- Conduct research on the current products in the market and determine the issues with the current models
- Responsible for material approvals in different projects
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to current and prospective customers
- Handle clients' requests and submitting required quotations
- Handle the technical requirements
- Negotiating Tender, contract terms and conditions
- Follow up orders and payments
- Support Marketing by attending trade shows , conferences and other marketing events
- Offering after sales support services
- Collaborate with different departments for a successful cross-functional development process
- Assist sales team to close sales opportunities.
- Defining products per project specifications and elaborating related compliance sheets.
- Work on Value engineering for specific projects in order to present optimum solution for Consultants, upon need.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree In Engineering
- Proven work experience as a Technical Office Engineer preferable with building materials / wooden products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
