Job Description
- Advanced forecasting activities associated with Sales channels following the forecasting statistical methods to ensure accurate demand planning.
- Working on new ways to make sales target contributions more accurate and efficient to avoid distributors’ over-stocks and missed sales opportunities.
- Coordinate orders and shipments, documents, import collection, and follow-ups.
- Order, track and report inventory and deliveries.
- Arrange and track shipments for the import process and prepare documents for export process.
- Prepare Pre-Clearance documents for inbound shipments.
- Arrange required documents and booking for outbound shipments.
- Arrange shipments as per international shipping platforms.
- Invoicing shipments as per landed costs to the system.
- Ensure cost-efficient purchases in a timely manner.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Undertakes researches, analysis, and reports preparations.
- Support on other tasks when required and any other related tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any similar field.
- Proficiency in the English language both verbally and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is preferable. SAP knowledge is a plus.
