Job Description
- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans to achieve sales target

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate and handling your team member .
- Understanding customers’ needs.
- Leading his team to generate leads through Following Calls, emails, referrals, incoming calls as well as direct visits.
- Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
- Identify and qualify potential clients by calls and premises visits.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements, speaking with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services.
- Staying up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.
- Record the customer personal information accurately in a CRM system.
- Close and grow sales revenue through professional communication with existing and potential clients.
- To be knowledgeable regarding assigned Territory (move activity, new construction, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Strong Managerial, Leadership & Communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Strong presentation & Negotiation Skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with effective organizational skills.
- Able to Meet clients and determine type of property needed.
- Ability to take multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus.
- Must be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines.
- Ability to use sales technique in order to render seamless customer service Skills.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate field is a Must, “Preferred in New Cairo & New Capital”.
- Preferred a resident of New Cairo or nearby areas.
- Preferred own a car.
