Job Description

  • Managing company selling products on marketplaces accounts.
  • Developing good deals with marketplaces to achieve the maximum revenue for the company through negotiating all sales-driving initiatives (Marketing, Merchandising, Terms & PCOGS Shipments)
  • Review Forecast with Demand Planning on a weekly basis and update with Strategic current initiatives as well as current trends.
  • Developing a market study to identify the appropriate product for each marketplace.
  • Managing redemption programs with external corporates.
  • Generate periodically reports regarding marketplaces sales.
  • Create and execute a business strategy that aggressively grows sales, meeting or exceeding financial objectives on our Company.
  • Deliver brand share and drive sales objectives through promotional planning
  • Works with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy on the marketplaces and redemption programs
  • organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce sales strategies.
  • Communication and execution of a strategic sales plan for each account.
  • Analysis of sales data to identify and understand market trends and purchasing behaviors.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with E-commerce or Marketplaces.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Experienced in planning and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
