Job Description
- Managing company selling products on marketplaces accounts.
- Developing good deals with marketplaces to achieve the maximum revenue for the company through negotiating all sales-driving initiatives (Marketing, Merchandising, Terms & PCOGS Shipments)
- Review Forecast with Demand Planning on a weekly basis and update with Strategic current initiatives as well as current trends.
- Developing a market study to identify the appropriate product for each marketplace.
- Managing redemption programs with external corporates.
- Generate periodically reports regarding marketplaces sales.
- Create and execute a business strategy that aggressively grows sales, meeting or exceeding financial objectives on our Company.
- Deliver brand share and drive sales objectives through promotional planning
- Works with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy on the marketplaces and redemption programs
- organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce sales strategies.
- Communication and execution of a strategic sales plan for each account.
- Analysis of sales data to identify and understand market trends and purchasing behaviors.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with E-commerce or Marketplaces.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
- Experienced in planning and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
