Job Description
The employee will report directly to the Production Manager.
Job responsibilities summary:
- Lead a team of technical professionals to achieve his department's daily/monthly productivity targets.
- Keeping the accident/violation records of his team at minimal levels.
- Control the department manufacturing cost at a minimal level.
- Coordinating with his quality peers and their teams to achieve the monthly quality targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Fine Arts Major Architecture or Carving. Alexandria University or AAST.
- Bachelor degree of Engineering Majors Mechanical, Industrial Engineering; Architecture - Alexandria University or AAST.
- 4 to 8 years of Experience as a Production head/shift leader in any batch process in fields Plastics, Workshops, Carpentry, Assembly/ FMCG…etc.
- Has lead a multi Egyptian culture team from illiterates to mid school education workers.
- Values both of safety and quality on the top of his daily operating life.
- Good English commands of both spoken & Written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Alexandria Residence ONLY
- Male gender with military service exemption
