Job Description
- Planning, following up and supervising all mechanical maintenance works.
- Supervising the implementation of daily maintenance work for factories, paper factories preferred.
- Working to implement quality procedures and controlling the consumption of spare parts.
- Preparing periodic reports on the work of the Maintenance Department, including all the accomplishments.
- Holding regular meetings for mechanical maintenance engineers and observers.
- Approving requirements for materials, equipment and spare parts from the procurement department.
- Work to transfer expertise and skills to the rest of the work team .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- +10 years experience (minimum 5 years as a mechanical maintenance engineering manager), in paper mills is a must.
- Managerial skills are highly required.
