  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer in Religious Tourism Dep. to join our growing team. 
  • The individual in this role would be responsible for explaining our services & selling our packages to prospective & existing customers.
  • We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of tourism & hospitality specially in Hajj & Umrah field
  • To succeed in this role, you should possess knowledge of the different hotels in Makkah & Madinah in addition the different hotel management agencies 

Duties of sales officer

  • Reach out to potential new individual clients & corporate.
  • setting meetings with various corporates and bodies
  • Attending hajj & umrah Tenders & bid opening
  • Explaining the benefits of the various programs, hotels in (Makkah & Madinah) & services we offer to customers
  • servicing existing clients and establishing new accounts.
  • working closely with operation and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handling customers with complaints or inquiries related to programs, hotels or services
  • Keeping up-to-date on market dynamics
  • Continuance competition monitoring
  • Present, promote and sell our packages & services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new programs, services & prices.
  • Work as a team member to develop sales & marketing strategies
  • Present weekly & monthly sales report
  • Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service
  • Excellent experience in tourism sector
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
