Job Description
- Answer phone calls round the clock, contacts personnel to coordinate,
- Offers customer support and solve problems.
- Writes down and prints schedules and propagates them to intended personnel, modify and follow.
- Takes appointments daily, coordinates them, controls flow in and out examination rooms.
- Collect the money for consultations at the clinic.
- If able to write down, review and post over the website & Social media, this is a great surplus.
Working Condition:
Physical working hours generally 6/7 days a week from 4-7 hours per day, alternating on two sites (may take days off per schedule or half days) sometimes will come and leave earlier or later.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Good command of English.
- Typewriting easily.
- Basic computer skills.
- Polite.
- Energetic, active.
- Honest.
- Preferably resident of either Al Sheikh Zayed and 6 October or Near Mohandessin.
