Job Description

  • Assisting the GM with the daily scheduled meetings.
  • Escorting and assisting the GM always.
  • Determine the timing of the meetings of the directors of the company and coordination among them.
  • To carry out the written and administrative secretarial work in an efficient and efficient manner and to follow up on the implementation of decisions in accordance with the applicable policies and regulations.
  • Follow-up meetings with company directors and write minutes of meetings.
  • Coordination between the various departments of the company to follow up on the implementation of the instructions of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and maintain the secrets of the company.
  • Facilitate the daily work of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and follow up all the instructions issued to the Directors of the departments and coordinate the communication between them.

Job Requirements

  • Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Follow up skills & interpersonal skills and multi tasking.
  • Females only.
