Job Description

 Account Manager  

A qualified candidate should have hands-on inbound marketing knowledge and platform management experience with one of the leading platforms - Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud and/or Hubspot. 
Primary responsibilities include producing content, implementation and deployment of promotional and relationship email and digital marketing communications, ensuring tracking and performance assessment on all campaigns and journeys. 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Certification in any or all of the following platforms is preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and/or  Hubspot. Experience in Journey mapping is preferred.
  • Drive the creation of effective dynamic email campaigns/journeys and related landing pages
  • Work with client and its CRM team to map personalized journeys through Journey Builder 
    Focus on subscriber segmentation, execution of tests including SPAM, browser and A/B 
    Preparing final subscriber lists, and schedule the deployment 
     Lead definition and implementation of technical and business related communication needs 
    Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
  • Keep pace with new CRM/Cloud application features and enhancements
  • Demonstrate capabilities to internal business units to promote awareness
  • Actively communicate the impact and effect of future releases to the marketing team Document processes and workflow
  • Manage subscriber data, import and segmentation using a combination of tools and database queries
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and other activities to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of email deployments
  • Monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion

Job Requirements

  • Project Management experience in Large service-based accounts.
  • BA/BSc in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related fields. 
  • Experience in email/direct mail/SMS marketing and platform management experience. 
  • Knowledge of SQL fundamentals or other database technologies 
    Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems in complex environments  
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. 
  •  Ability to create and edit relevant content within the Content Builder module. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English and problem solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail 
  • Saudi and/or GCC experience is preferred.  
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices: HTML and CSS a plus 
  • Expertise in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
