Job Description

  • Making sure our customers are 100% satisfied. This is the job’s primary objective.
  • Interacting with customers via phone calls and emails.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Making follow-up phone calls to make sure any issue has been resolved.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Preparing reports and required documents.
  • Maintaining positive customer relations.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Good command of written & spoken English.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented and Problem-solving skills.
