Job Description
- Being able to put the necessary sales tactics to match company products/solutions with market needs and demands.
- Ensure sales plan implementation throughout the year and report the progress to the Sales Manager.
- Fully aware of the basics of cooperation standards/aspects with other departments.
- Report personally and ensure that the sales pipeline is homogeneous at any time
- Develop and apply needed training materials related to sales teamwork.
- Review, evaluate, and adjust if needed sales procedures and ways to achieve better results.
- Track and analyze leads coming from Tele-sales.
- Ensure sales teams are carrying out the sales process within defined quality procedures.
- Ensure the tele-/sales department is updated on the latest product developments, new procedures, and market situation.
- Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems Interview candidates according to set HR procedures.
- Deliver necessary initial training needed for new hires for them to be qualified to carry out their responsibilities.
- Ensure proper distribution of workload among the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling ERP software (MUST).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales
- Ability to manage large accounts
- Advanced selling skills
- High interpersonal & communication skills.
- Team management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and cooperation within and outside the sales department.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
- Knowledge in the business software market locally and regionally.
