Job Description
- Reviewing daily accounting documentation.
- Preparation of payable voucher payments.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Responsible for daily Expenses, banking transactions, payable, checks, and Receivable, etc.
- Responsible for accountant Receivable, accountant liability (make all journal entry relating to the customer account, supplier account)
- Maintains accounting controls and recommending policies and procedures.
- Assist in monthly financial closing.
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial data.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all accounting transactions.
- Monitors revenue and expenses while coordinating collection, consolidation, and review of all financial data.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on expenditures and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (Writing/Reading) is a must
- BS degree in English Accounting, Finance or relevant
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a marketing agency
- Hands-on experience with accounting software.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Analytical skills & time management skills
- 6th October City residence is preferable.
