Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements;
- Responsible for appropriate supplier selection/bidding processes for selected purchase requests, and supplier and contract pricing validation for all purchase requests
- Receiving approved purchase requisitions, analyzes specifications, quantity, and delivery requirements or return requisition in case of missing specifications.
- Receive the materials documents and follow with the logistic department and coordinate with the financial department
- Coordinates with QC for inspection of materials, receiving section for release of receiving reports, and with the transport department for the collection of purchased materials.
- Ensuring the integrity of import/export documentation such as Bills of lading, GSP certificates
- Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
- Ensuring stores have enough stock
- Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes
- Organize and oversee inventory by keeping a detailed database of available inventory and expected usage per project
- Commercial invoices and packing lists.
- Timely preparation of import documentation and authorization
- Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating with all relevant departments.
- Verification of all freight invoices.
- Dealing with and administering different planned and strategic supply and provision matters.
- Developing documentation related to support.
- Planning inventory control
Job Requirements
- Very Good English language
- Knowledge of supply chain management
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Excellent use Ms. Office
