Job Description
- Source candidates using different channels like recruitment portals, social media and other hiring channels
- Screen and filter applicants to create a pool of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates to assess their skills, knowledge and behavior
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Create a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Prepare and send weekly reports detailing hiring progress
- Responsible for mass recruiting; screening, headhunting, interviewing and placing candidates
- Posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Assist with other administrative functions as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field
- Very good command of the written and spoken English language
- Excellent communication and handling skills
- Past experience in recruiting blue collars is a must
- Past experience in mass hiring is an added advantage
- Attention to details and multitasking
- Outstanding organization and follow-up skills
