Job Description
- Job is 6 working days/week
- Requires relocation or to be based in governorates
- Ensures his own region Budgets & Targets are met (Internal transportation Cost budget, 3rd Party transportation cost)
- Drive his own team (Ind. Sales Transportation Planners) in every depot to deliver their own targets
- Review with his teams in each depot their own truck productivity report (daily, weekly) ensuring the max truck productivity and share solution that would increase the truck max capacity
- Strongly monitor his own team performance when it comes to adhering to agreed cut off times of orders receiving/delivering also ensures his team are controlling drivers/Trucks leaving /returning times from/to depot/Market
- Help solving any problem related to his own team in the depots those under his supervision with any department
- Occasionally do market visits to the market to check driver’s performance and relations with customers
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years of experience preferably in sales, yard)
- Strong communication /Problem solving skills
- Computer literacy
- Ms.Office (Excel)
