Job Description
- Interviewing, assess, hire and train factory qualified staff.
- Delegate specific tasks & targets to departments’ managers to achieve production goals, tracking results, providing feedback and taking corrective actions as appropriate.
- Revise sales agreement with sales manager and ensure the capability to fulfill the contract articles in terms of finance, delivery, quality and after sales service.
- Create, implement and supervise machine maintenance standard operating procedures to avoid any break / malfunctioning of production machinery.
- Create production data reports, make strategic recommendations and present them to company board.
- Analyze factory production data and devising improvement strategies as necessary.
- Revise production schedules with production manager according to work orders dates to ensure delivery in time.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently with full productivity and minimal downtime.
- Create and enforce quality control standard operating procedures to confirm the optimum products quality.
- Revise and ensure arrangement of all raw materials & pronouncements needed for work orders.
- Create trusted suppliers chains on whom the company can rely on to ensure smooth production & delivery operations.
- Take necessary actions to keep all departments working in full performance to maximize efficiency.
- Create follow up standard to measure customers’ satisfaction and projects performance.
- Full obligation to maintain & assure factory premises in accordance to national regulatory requirements & laws in terms of occupational health and safety.
- Create & assign Research & Development department to keep products more advanced than competitors in terms of power saving, ergonomics, easy handling, safety, and fast installation and less malfunctioning.
- Continuous Assessment – on assessment forms- of all factory departments according to their performance and submit reports to company board.
- New factory to design, manufacture and install mechanical & automatic car parking systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (mechanical / production engineering is preferable) .
- Problem solver with an analytical mind and a strong attention to details.
- Expertise in the equipment and production process of sheet metal & structure field.
- Proficient with spreadsheets to analyze production data and create reports to be presented to company board.
- Awareness of principles of economics, basic logistics, finance and organizational communication.
- Good leadership skills.
