Job Description
- Develop a strategic sales plan that expands company’s client base and ensure its strong presence.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and support them to achieve their targets.
- Collect consistent feedback from sales agents about their workflow or operations, and develop them through motivation, counseling and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with marketing department on the marketing strategy and lead generation approaches.
- Report timely on target achievement status as well as sales performance indicators to top management.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate field.
- 3 years of experience in leading sales teams.
- Ability to set sales strategies and monitor the sales team to achieve targets set by the company.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
- Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must have a car.
