Job Description

  • Develop a strategic sales plan that expands company’s client base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and support them to achieve their targets.
  • Collect consistent feedback from sales agents about their workflow or operations, and develop them through motivation, counseling and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with marketing department on the marketing strategy and lead generation approaches.
  • Report timely on target achievement status as well as sales performance indicators to top management.

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate field.
  • 3 years of experience in leading sales teams.
  • Ability to set sales strategies and monitor the sales team to achieve targets set by the company.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
  • Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have a car.
