Job Description
- Analyze contract and tender document for design stages
- Plan and organize project objective and priorities
- Revise the cost estimate sheets and financial analysis report
- Prepare project design schedule needed for the full design stages
- Revise estimated hours for technical departments and monitor progress periodically and compare it with the base line
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural /Civil Engineering (Architectural is preferred)
- 5-10 years of experience
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Good computer skills (Primavera, Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good command of English language
