Job Description
- Participate in the yearly “Objectives Setting Meetings” to discuss and develop the group’s strategic objectives.
- Accordingly assists management in setting the Corporate Performance Management system.
- Participates in researching and designing appropriate organization-wide performance training. Coordinates performance management capacity building for all levels with different departments.
- Maintains a continuous performance and monitoring and reporting system.
- Regularly reports the status of the measurement system.
- Coordinates and facilitates meetings to ensure regular updates on the reporting progress and that all requirements are well integrated into the reviewed report designs.
- Coordinates and prepares a monthly organization-wide report including corporate performance indicators, and progress of strategic initiatives.
- Ensures needed data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are issued, and makes recommendations for future improvements based on the data
- Collaborates on the design of the information technology infrastructure required to support a performance system.
- Coordinates the communications between the management and department heads for the CPM system and sends reminders of the required reports.
- Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management function across the organization.
- Provide regular reports and briefings to CEO and Audit Committee, Board of Directors and Senior Managers
- Produce performance analyses provided to Board Members, strategic Directors and Heads of departments on a regular basis
- Embed/integrate performance management principles within the organization including; strategic and functional planning, operational delivery, project, and programmed management and partnerships.
- Develop, review, and maintain the corporate performance management framework, and actively drive improvements and support promotion and embedding of a performance management culture throughout all levels of the organization.
- Maintain familiarity with developments in performance management practice and develop and share best practices.
- Actively promote good working relationships with staff in other departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of the organization’s performance management framework.
- Ensure all relevant information including service plans, strategies, performance indicators, and actions are set up correctly on the CPM system.
- Liaise with Department Heads to ensure such plans, strategies, and indicators are reviewed and updated in a quality, timely manner.
- Liaise with other support departments (such as Human Resources, Finance) and BU Directors to develop and ensure their contribution to the regular performance reports.
- Provide support to service managers regarding reports, queries, and general updates to the CPM system.
- Provide a CPM system Administrator and Helpdesk role for users.
- Deliver corporate performance management training to staff through workshops and on a one to one basis and through the organization’s training portal.
- Other projects as directed by his direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline - Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, Business preferred
- Postgraduate business degree- (preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the corporate performance field
- Excellent knowledge of strategy cascading tools and methodologies
- Proven track record of generating and monitoring measures and indicators
- Excellent knowledge of operations planning.
- BSC Or KPIs Certificate.
- Technology: advanced user (must)
