Job Description
- Prepare & coordinate Organization Management related activities including Update, maintain company organizational structure, to ensure effective updated identification of responsibilities, objectives, requirements, and competencies of the functions.
- Execute & coordinate the process of recruitment as per approved structure & manpower plan, proposing the most suitable methodology in coordination with Superior starting from publishing recruitment ads till vacancy fulfillment & maintain database updated to acquire new highly skilled professionals for the right position that meet company needs, expectations, internal culture, and values.
- Coordinate the process of performance management systems & conduct orientation sessions about the performance management cycle procedures, follow up evaluations, and enforce feedback. Collect, analyze & coordinate the performance appraisal local system results in a timely manner to ensure effective performance management process
- Coordinate & collect the performance evaluation feedback received from managers with recommendations and comments. Execute approved succession plans & career development actions to improve professional career development. job requirements
- In conjunction with line managers, S/he will assist in designing and drafting Key Performance Indicators.
- Participate effectively and professionally in Salary Survey and Market salary research activates.
- Create and conduct surveys to determine the organization's areas of improvement and Employee satisfaction.
- Research and analyze data to identify skill gaps and create strategies to address them.
- Responsible for updating the Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions, and the correct Grading of jobs.
- Supervise and follow up on the Recruitment Process and procedure
- Develop ROI (Return on Investment) Plan & Succession Plan.
- Create and develop Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Program.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience
- Bsc of Business administration Major Human Resources ore equivalent
- Human Resource Diploma is a must
