Job Profile:
To manage the entire business unit function to deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and marketing objectives for the BU aiming to achieve:
- Financial performance index (Target Achievement/budget control/activities ROI…)
- Effective market penetration through building a relationship with the right customers serving them with fittest activities.
- Employee satisfaction: maximize productivity per head in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Objectives Achievements:
- Monthly target achievement considering balanced product mix through:
A. Sales Planning
- Set target forecast that is aligned with corporate strategic goals, growth rates & brands potential
- Develop quantitative and qualitative objective setting at the field force level
- Proper phasing of target & distribution across sales team
- Prepare best territorial classification according to territory potential
- Provide best manpower structuring to achieve the desired business objectives
- Proper activities planning & mapping
B. Business Plan Execution
- Tactful implementation of TOP
- Track activities ROI with regular reporting of outcomes
- Conduct sales review meetings that is efficient to take appropriate corrective actions
C. People MGT
- Monitor team productivity that is meeting the BU standards
- Hiring most fit sales team ( qualifications, experience and residents )
- Salesforce training and development
- Coach FLM management styles and skills
- Team motivation
- Keep turnover rates less than 20% on an annual basis
- Ensure sales force compliance obligations are meeting ADG COC
2. Marketing Objectives Achievements:
- Develop marketing plan
- Budget allocation
- Quarterly marketing activities that is reflected on increasing market share per product
- Consider product seasonality
- Follow up marketing team developing new message
- Monitor marketing team performance that is meeting the company standard
Job Requirements
Job Requirement :
- Previous experience working as BUM or sales manager ideally for a similar organization.
- Experience in Gyna field is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and delivery of results to business plans.
- Problem-solving skills.
- High level of commitment and leadership skills.
- Persistence and able to plan and organize activities and resources.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Can builds Effective Teams
- Age not exceeding 40 years
