Job Description

  • Monitor compensation and benefits programs and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency within the company context.
  • Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures and other reward and recognition programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Developing profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in the strategy and design of various employee benefit plans and ensure alignment with other business units and objectives.
  • Ensured compensation programs operated within a competitive framework with all other HR programs.
  • Effectively prepare and implement the annual training plan with 100% compliance.
  • Organization design (Updating structure at any change & participating in cost saving restructuring of departments)
  • Respond to and handle employee inquiries related to their compensation issues.
  •  Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Compile the monthly payroll reports and ensure that information is accurate.
  • Draft job descriptions , job analysis and classifications , ensuring proper job evaluation for all the organization’s positions.
  •  Support with Talent Acquisition team the hiring process across the company.
  • Manage the full cycle of the company performance process including the development and management of process & it’s analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • From (3-5) years of experiences in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system.
  • Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong people and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
