Job Description
- Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts & balances between subsidiary companies.
- Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
- Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects. “Projects profitability”.
- Prepare the monthly Invoices and follow up on collections & Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
- Assist in payroll preparation and its payment processing.
- Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.
- Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
- Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
- and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaids; analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
- Secures financial information and keeping information confidential.
- Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with Taxes & local financial legal requirements.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related (essential).
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft office and Odoo.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Perform accurate work to the highest standards of accountancy.
- good command of English both written and spoken.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
