Job Description

  • Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
  • Manage accounts & balances between subsidiary companies.
  • Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
  • Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects. “Projects profitability”.
  • Prepare the monthly Invoices and follow up on collections & Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and its payment processing.
  • Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.
  • Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
  • Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
  • and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaids; analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
  • Secures financial information and keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with Taxes & local financial legal requirements.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related (essential).
  • Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft office and Odoo. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Perform accurate work to the highest standards of accountancy.
  • good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
