Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in the IT field ·
- Extensive years of experience in the area of training for professionals in the financial sector ·
- Significant years of experience in leading groups ·
- Ability to design training programs for management and professional clients ·
- Knowledge of education and training, i.e. knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness. · EBI procedures and policies related to training programs ·
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to effectively interact with individuals at all levels ·
- Ability to write and speak English and present persuasive and clear opinions in English ·
