Job Description
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the project is meeting the client’s specifications and requirements, reviewing progress tracking costs.
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers.
- Selecting tools and materials.
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
- Maintaining quality control procedures.
- Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up.
- Assessing and minimizing risk.
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork.
- Help in negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses.
- Forecast design and construction time frames.
- Inspect project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- From 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of English.
- High attention to details.
