Job Description

  • Preparing the detailed schedule for the project and updating it continuously
  • Project cost preparation project preparation
  • preparation of cash flow (cash - cash out)
  • The cost goes down
  • doing cost analysis
  • Preparing the Supply Schedule (Installment Schedule)
  • Review contracts and within
  • Review of periodic abstracts
  • Review, approval, and preparation of assays
  • Making periodic reports (daily - weekly - monthly)
  • Attend periodic meetings
  • Follow-up of site progress (follow-up of site progress)
  • Follow up the project cost and update it as implementation progresses
  • Knowing and determining the prices of materials supplied to the site
  • Ensure that the production parameters are in line with the approved production schedule
  • Follow up and ensure the safety of the approved project cycle

Work Location: New Capital

Job Requirements

  • Min 3 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost control
  • Preferably in Offshore Construction / EPC industry
  • Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • highly advantageous
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous
  • Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.
  • Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative.
  • Fast worker with the ability to work well under stress.
