Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
A. Lead Improvement Projects: Identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement projects across various departments, focusing on achieving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction.
B. Analyze VOC Feedback: Collect and analyze data from VOC channels to identify recurring issues, defects, and areas for improvement. Develop action plans to address and resolve these issues.
C. Drive Lean Methodology: Implement Lean tools and techniques, such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis, to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and improve productivity.
D. Prioritize Defect Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize defects based on customer impact and operational relevance, ensuring a systematic approach to resolving issues.
E. Monitor and Report Progress: Track the performance of improvement projects, providing regular updates and reports to the Head of TQM, with insights on project outcomes, metrics, and areas for further optimization.

Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Lean or Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) are a plus.
Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in operational excellence, Lean, and quality management, preferably within service or industrial settings.
Lean Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading Lean projects, using tools like 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, and others to drive impactful process improvements.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to resolve issues effectively.
VOC Management: Experience in managing and prioritizing customer feedback, with a focus on identifying defects and initiating corrective actions.
ISO Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards, ensuring compliance and integration into daily operations.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate project outcomes clearly and effectively.
