Job Description

 Job Summary

To review and cleanse data within the ERP system. This will be a data-heavy role, which will primarily consist of checking and updating existing records. The role will work on product categorization, customer categorization, data unification between BU’s. Working with cross-functional teams, you will participate to gather and document reporting requirements to meet business needs. Assist BI specialist on report creation and validations, Data entry, Integrity Checking, Implementation etc...

Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to

  • Audit Data periodically using statistical and database methods to detect anomalies and inaccuracies.
  • To process and update records, including data entry, scanning and filing of documents to maintain system records and archive systems in accordance with system procedure, policy and statutory requirements.
  •  Identify missing information in Master entities (Customer, Supplier, Products, Accounts ..) and update it accordingly
  • Prepare reports for users that identify missing data on ERP and request that users to complete the missing data from their records. Monitoring the actions taken by users.
  • Prepare integrity reports for all the system integrations done (External). Follow-up with the concerned and ensure the data correctness.
  • Validate BI reports and integration procedures. Report to BI department in case of any identified problems or system errors.
  • Ensure to generate and deliver quality reports to users in timely and accurate manner. Identify and resolve data reporting issues in a timely fashion.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on new or enhanced reports. Recommend improvements to provide optimum reporting solutions.
  • Stay updated with business operations and business intelligence processes. Conduct training programs and knowledge transfer sessions to departments when needed.
  • Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes.

Job Requirements

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream or a Diploma in computer science is preferable
  •  Good Analytical Skill and Proficiency in Data handling and MS office applications is a must.

  • Able to work under pressure to meet objectives
  • Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
