Job Description
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance Support
- Get the analyzed data from HRIS, and start to study and give advices
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individual
- Focus on implementing the HR Polices, Make sure to deliver it to all staff, Make sure that staff are fully understanding the polices
- Lead HR investigations, Give advises to HR manager regarding the situation
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates, deliver the information to HR manager to take the right actions against the turnover
Job Requirements
- HR Diploma from Accredited University
- At least from 4 Years of experience in all HR functions
- Highly communication
- Highly negotiation skills
- Highly Analytical Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
