Job Description
- Appraise property or properties using local comparisons.
- Visit and show several sites and explain features of homes.
- Determine best method of buying or selling and review financials.
- Handle transactions.
- Ensure a property is updated and ready for sale.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is A must .
- Applicant must have a car.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Age 24 - 35
- Language School graduate .
- Very Good command of English (oral & written).
- Preferably Females.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel.
