Job Description
- Follow up on the supply of raw materials and make sure that there are no deficiencies that hinder the production plan
- Supervise the production plan of third parties, according to the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, manufacturing capabilities, and the attendance of production in third parties' factories
- Finding solutions to problems related to production in all stages and related to the implementation and follow-up of production with third parties, whether in foreign factories or the Ministry of Health.
- Coordinating with the Registration Department to give them the withdrawn samples to the Ministry of Health, and make requests to complete the registration of products and delivery of samples at the required time, as well as the requirements of the pharmaceutical inspection.
- Coordination with the warehouse to receive the complete product for supply to the company's factory stores- Obtaining a suitable date for manufacturing and receiving the complete product and negotiating the prices of services with third party factories-Accuracy in the process of entering the required quantities in the composition data related to the product-Accuracy in the process of reviewing balances related to external stores.-Accuracy in the process of issuing work orders related to production and reviewing the required quantities.- Making the required reports with shortage of materials according to the plan set, whether monthly or annually, and matching the quantities on the system with the quantities in the stores .
Job Requirements
