Job Description
As of now, we are looking for a results-oriented Senior IT Support Technician to help manage WorkMotion’s IT infrastructure.
You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and constantly maintaining and improving our systems.
What you’ll do…
- Providing first level support to end-users, upgrading, installing/ resetting and configuring new hardware.
- Constantly creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Working on backlog tickets and requests.
- Observing the security logs and assuring there are no security breaches.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Job Requirements
What we’re looking for…
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in end-user computing.
- Experience in Cloud services “Google Workspace” “Jira” experience is preferred.
- General knowledge in Cybersecurity (Endpoint management).
- Well established knowledge of security policies and compliance.
- Organising ticket backlogs.
- Highly experienced in troubleshooting Windows and macOS.
- General knowledge in managing MDM services
- Highly experienced in hardware maintenance
- Excellent English written and spoken.
