Job Description
- Facilitating cross-channel feedback from Sales and marketing to Operations executive teams
- Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
- Ensuring that all activities conform to local, industry and company standards
- Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made identifying any problems in the Operations process.
- Maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- (Experience: 1-3 (Paints industry is preferred
