Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, confident, and energetic Business/Project Lead – with fantastic and varied experience in the region. A background in operations or project management is essential for your success in this position. To apply to this role, you will need the following experience and qualifications:

JOB ROLE

  • Supporting the leadership team on all aspects of project execution. 
  • This could include everything from coordinating cross-functional teams on projects, overseeing the quality of deliverables produced by the team, preparing presentations, and updating project tracking documents and reports.
  • Ensuring the project is managed on time in all dimensions.
  • Assuming primary responsibility for progress reports for the client.
  • Responsible and accountable for client SLA/KPIs performance to ensure smooth business operations and resolve any irregularities noticed during the site inspection with prompt follow-up as per the SLA/KPIs of each client and evaluate the Supervisors performance consistently at a site(s).
  • Coordinate and communicate in a timely manner with Management and work closely with Finance and HR Department for all operational related requirements deployed to client’s location
  • Forecasting manpower requirements for specified client account including resignations, terminations, and additional requirements, replacements, mobilization, and demobilization.
  • Monitor the team’s competencies and skills in compliance with the operational requirements and ensure readiness to anticipate future needs to ensure business continuity.
  • Control accurate staff needed for each client, Assign responsibilities to the entire staff.

Job Requirements

  • 4 years of industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems.
  • Background in Operations Management.
  • Knowledge of Digitization is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of different types of scanners, the productivity of scanners, and paper size.
  • Knowledge of Capturing Software.
  • Manage and maintain the SOP and monitor KPI’s.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong in people’s management preferred, including but not limited to team management, effective communication, time management, investigation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize to achieve positive results.

Must-Have:

  • English and Arabic speaking.
  • Must have a UAE driving license.
