Job Description

  • Handling daily requests.
  • Administer all booking requests and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Follow-up with different cases
  • Provide quick response to urgent cases job requirements
  • Explain admission procedures, fee structure and regulations in order to ensure prospective customers' enrollment.
  • Update, maintain and manage the customer information database ensuring that up to date information is available on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and create files for all new customers, current customers.
  • Ensure organisation’s policies, procedures and codes of conduct are followed at all times and ensure all audit items are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as requested by direct and dotted reporting line managers/supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Females Only
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent written & spoken English
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office.
  • Relationship management experience – able to build and influence professional relationships with peer group as well as parental community.
  • Interpersonal skills, able to operate in a diverse environment
