Job Description

 

  • Review customer case documents before filing lawsuits and placing cases after they are filed.
  • Supervising alerting clients before litigation of the possibility of reconciliation before starting the case procedures.
  • Review the finance documents to ensure that the documents are not dissolved.
  • Supervising the process of alerting clients after the issuance of judgments against them to initiate reconciliation procedures in case of payment.
  • Supervising the implementation of judgments, whether civil or criminal, against clients.
  • Follow up on all departments, work with them, and issue instructions to the departments each with regard to his own.
  • Review all reports and work carried out by all departments and ensure that they are implemented and correct before submitting them to the director of the department.
  • Immediate intervention to solve any obstacle standing in front of any department or other departments of the company.
  • Preparing financial claims for financial management.
  • Review the work of investigation committees

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from faculty of law
  • Experience from 10 Years 
  • Experience at construction companies is a must
  • Work location Dokki
