Scope:
Recruitment
- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews) For Blue and White Collars
- Handling the on-boarding of new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions for candidates.
- Develop and prepare Recruitment reports.
- Post open positions to online recruitment websites and other social media sources to ensure get the best fit for the position
- Collaborate with managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
Dilvers training Program development
- Maintain a strategic overview of service delivery for drivers
- Lead the progress of driver’s plan implementation (Hiring, manpower, on-boarding program, Training program, and work environment enhancement)
- Build a referral system for drivers
- Responsible for the Full Induction Program for Drivers
- Tracking the monthly evaluations of drivers
- Maintain Health Coverage & Life Insurance for drivers
- Coordinate with the operations department on all reports related to manpower, availability,
Job Requirements
Candidates Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Field.
- HR Diploma/Certificate is a must.
- Excellent Command in English & Computer Skills.
- Ability to work under stress and handle a dynamic environment.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking.
- 6th of October city or Elshaikh Zayed residents are preferred
Technical Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years At least 3 years of experience in a multinational or leading local organization
