About the Job
- We are looking for a creative experienced Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
- The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
Responsibilities
- Owning the design process from brainstorming to developing low-fidelity wireframes and ending with a full-scale design.
- Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders.
- Translates concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, stories, personas, and prototypes.
- Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Full website design, mobile apps design for cross-platform.
- Designs and delivers wireframes and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Develop UI mockups, prototypes, features, and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, rationale, and usage guidelines, both verbally and visually.
- Refine the customer experience and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

- User tests, researches, and wireframe designs.
- Understands Web, IOS, and Android design guidelines.

- Must be self-motivated, work independently, or as part of a team, able to learn quickly, meet deadlines, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and good problem-solving skills.
