Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | |
1. | Creates an effective annual brand activation plan for all the activities to be performed in each account with detailed time line. |
2. | Builds and maintains a calendar of brand activation events (campaigns, health days,…….etc) |
3. | Prepares the contracts between the company & the accounts including the sales target for each account & all the activities to be performed in this account. |
4. | Manages all the marketing activities for the selected brands in the assigned accounts according to the contract. |
5. | Manages all the POS activities through either the beauty advisors or outsourced company |
6. | Coordinates with the product managers to set the marketing activities through the marketing budget of each brand |
7. | Coordinates with the digital marketing department in all the issues related to the accounts’ digital platforms. |
8. | Follows-up & facilitates the execution of the activities in the contract from the POS team. |
9. | Builds and maintains long-term trusting relationships with the accounts’ KOLs |
10. | Responsible for the achievement of the sales target in the contract of each account |
11. | Monitoring & reporting the competitors’ activities in the market |
12. | Chooses the appropriate marketing activities from the different available tools such as (health days, shelf renting, shelf talker, ads in magazines, light boxes, c-thru,………..etc) according to the agreement with the account. |
13. | Maintains consistency and highly visible presence of the products in the assigned accounts |
14. | Assists in identifying growth opportunities for client sales and marketing initiatives. |
15. | Supports in the development and execution of the trade and shopper marketing strategy, |
16. | Keeping the business up to date with the latest activation tools and trends |
17. | Applying the company policies and work for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations. |
18. | Performing any other task assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work. |
Job Requirements
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE | ||
Education | : | Bachelor degree |
Computer Skills | : | Excellent MS office & internet browsing |
Languages | : | Very good English & Arabic (written & spoken) |
Ideal experience
| : | 2 years’ experience in same position in a reputable company 5 years’ experience in trade marketing in a reputable company Excellent leadership skills Excellent relation with the KOLs in the pharmacies & pharmacies management specially in the chain pharmacies Excellent planning & time management skills |
